Box set with 4/5 on the elbows, 2/3 on the blocks. This play can be ran either direction, here it is initiated to the right, as 5 sets a cross screen for 4, who cuts to the wing. 1 then goes to the opposite wing of the pass.

As the ball reverses to the opposite wing, 2 sets a diagonal upscreen for 4, 3 clears to the corner.

5 then downscreens for 2, 1 can enter to 4 or 2.
