"Over Under" is good roll-replace action to take advantage of your bigs skill sets.

3 cuts under and 2 cuts over. 2 sets a screen for 5 (then gets wide) into a slot ballscreen for PG. PG attacks the ballscreen.

5 rolls hard to the paint while 4 fills behind. PG looks to hit 5 or 4.

If PG hits 4, 4 looks for a shot or a high-low to 5 with deep post position.
