Watching Game 6 of the 2009 Eastern Conference Finals between the Orlando Magic and the Cleveland Cavaliers, the Magic ran this set to get Rashard Lewis an isolation to score. Stan Van Gundy did a great job getting Lewis isolated on the wing with this action because on the drive if any help rotated he had Turkoglu, Lee, and Austin to kick out to for a shot.
4 (Turkoglu) and 5 (Howard) set two staggers. The 1st for 3 (Lewis) and the 2nd for 2 (Lee). 1 (Austin) passed to 3 who had the option to catch & shoot or attack the rim. If he attacked the rim he had a handful of shooters to kick out to on the weakside when the help rotated.
