The Lithuanian National Team came very close to beating Team USA in the 2012 Olympics. Lithuania had the lead in the 4th quarter. They ran this play, after a timeout, for a lay up with 2:00 minutes left in the 4th.

1. Pg passes to 4 coming off of 5 screen
2. 4 quickly dho to 2
3. Pg cuts to the box.

1. After the dho 5 will screen 2-5 will roll to the hoop
2. 1 will cross screen 4

2 comes across 5 screen 4 will be open briefly under the hoop for a layup
