Tennessee uses the high post Flare Screen quite often. Here they set up the Flare Screen by running "Spain Action" as a decoy to get their shooter coming off the flare screen. Another nice element to the set is the clear out by 3, which opens up driving space for the shooter on the catch.

Horns Ball Screen Entry:
A. 1 Dribbles to the Slot
B. 4 Sets the Inside Ball Screen and Rolls to the Rim
C. 2 Sets the Back Screen on the Roll Man's Defender

Flare Screen Action:
A. On the Ball Screen Action 3 Clears Out
B. 5 Sets the Flare Screen for 2
C. 5 Slips to the Post
