This is a continuous shooting drill that allows our players to work on shots off screens and adds a conditioning element. Once completed on the right side immediately start on left. We like to have each player go through this drill two times then switch shooter. You can add time to increase intensity.
Warrior Drill: You'll need a rebounder & passer
Do drill at game speed. After completing shots on Left immediately do on the Right.
1st shot: Game speed lay up
2nd shot: Baseline 3: Cut hard off cone for catch & shoot 3.
3rd Shot: Pin Down: Take a small step towards cone & cut hard to wing for the catch & shoot 3.
4th Shot: Iverson Cut: Cut hard long FT line open up towards the passer for the catch & shoot 3.
5th Shot: Flare: Standing with your shoulders facing half court run to top of the 3pt line for a catch & shoot 3.
