Real Madrid Coach Pablo Laso stagger option play for Jaysee Carroll. Depending on the defense, Carroll uses either the stagger screen or the baseline screen for a shot.

4 & 5 stagger screen for 3. 3 curl move. 5 on the low block. 4 to the elbow. 1 dribbles to elbow extension

Option A: 3 & 4 stagger for 2. 3 goes to corner by 5's screen

Option B: 2 fake the stagger and takes the screen by 5 for shoot. 3 takes the pin down by 4.
