Frame 2 -  1 follows pass to take handoff from 5. 4 sets backscreen on 5's defender. 5 cuts to the basket looking for the lob.
 

Frame 3 -  If lob is not open, 4 sets a ball screen for 1 who comes off looking to hit 5 posted up on the weakside. 4 rolls and 5 can score with a post move, or dump to 4 at the rim.
 

Frame 4 -  If the defense collapses, 5 looks opposite to 2 and 3 spotting up.
