5 pops out to top of key; 1 passes to 5; 1 & 2 cut to blocks

5 dribbles towards 4; 4 gets dribble hand off from 5 and dribbles towards top of the key; 1 & 2 begin setting back screens for 5

5 uses backscreens from 1 & 2 to cut to right block; 4 passes to 5 for lay up
