In this diagram and embedded video we look at a drill for post players to help them with finishing around the rim with contact from defenders. Many coaches have forwards and centers that do not like to be physical. This is a potential solution to get them more comfortable being bumped inside.

Organization: A line on the baseline is formed. The first player in line gets is a coach two coaches with blocking pads. A third coach is a passer from the wing.
Description: The post player seals the top coach off (rooting him out), receives the pass from the coach on the wing and delivers contact to the second coach on the baseline for the finish. Each coach has a contact pad and is delivering contact.
