About This Play/Drill

1 Blast is an inbound set designed to get one of your best finishers a quick look inside. The set also has an option to get your best shooter a shot after screen-the-screener action.

  • Basketball Play - 1 Blast BLOB
  • Basketball Play - 1 Blast BLOB
  • Basketball Play - 1 Blast BLOB
  • 5 pops out.
    3 cuts middle and then to the opposite corner.
    4 inbounds to 5.
    1 cuts to the wing.
    5 reverses to 1.
  • 1 centers the ball with the dribble.
    While 1 is dribbling, 2 sets a screen for 4.
    4 curls to the rim looking for a pass from 1.
  • If 4 is not open, they keep cutting to opposite block.
    5 screens the screener (2).
    2 pops out; 5 rolls or slips to rim.
    1 makes the appropriate read.
