A nice drill that coach Georgios Bartzokas of Olympiacos showed in a clinic. It is 4 on 3 +1 who rotates. In this drill the team works both offense and defense with 1 close out and rotation. After that you can include 2 transitions (3 courts total). The players switch roles and then you can make the substitutions.
x2 passes to O1.
O1 passes to O3.
X3 close out to O3.
X4 tries to be in frond of O4.
X3 sends O3 to the base line.
X4 stops the drive.
X1 runs to be between O4&O2.
If O3 passes to O2.
X2 goes to O3.
X3 goes to O1.
And we have our rotations.
After that we have 2 transitions.
3 courts Total.
