3 squeezes through pinch screen from 4 and 5 and ball is swung to top. 1 comes inbounds to the opposite wing for reversal pass.
if 1 doesn't have a shot, set up the High-Low with 5 diving to low block and 4 shaping up to the top of the key.
If defense plays behind 5, 1 feeds the post directly. If defense fronts 5, look to seal for the high-low.
