You can run a lot of horns stuff but a stagger away is always a great option. Add a backdoor to it and it's perfect!
This play starts with an high post feed to the 4 after the 1 passes it she will cut to be the first part of the stagger. The 5 will follow after the 1 then the 3 will come off the stagger. The 4 does a handoff to the 3 as the 3 is dribbled the 2 will come up then cut back door.
