Frame 1: 1 dribble enters to left wing. 4 back screens for 2.

Frame 2: 4 immediately turns and ball screens for 1, then sets up floppy screen for 2.

Frame 3: 1 can hit 4 on the slip or 2 for the shot.

Frame 4: OPTION - 2 can choose to use the weak side floppy screen from 3 and 5. 5 slips the screen and 1 hits 2 or 5.
