Today's FastDraw Drill of the Day is Tossback Slides

Coach passes to player, players slide dribbles,make hard pass off tossback! On catch makes post move. (Either rebound and throw back to coach, or if you have managers have them rebound and feed coach balls)

Continue drill on both sides for time or number of makes.
