Today's FastDraw Drill of the Day is Cone Race 1-on-1.
Offensive player starts on the dribble and defense starts sprinting to the cone. It is a race between the two players. Defense must get in front of offense and cut them off. 1-on-1 live.
Do this drill on both sides.
