WOB: Figure 8 Get Open - FastModel Sports

Today's FastDraw Drill of the Day is Figure 8 Get Open.
Put line of players at Half-Court. 1 offense and 1 defense. Place two managers/coaches at elbows with pads. Have your offense run a figure 8 around the screens while the pads try to screen the defense. After last pad SPRINT to opposite free-throw line.
If you want to make drill tougher have a coach throw a ball to offense once they pass half-court to finish the drill.
