Frame 1:  2 and 3 cut to wings as 4 slides across the lane.
 

Frame 2:  1 gets a ball screen from 2 as 4 cuts back to screen for 5 then shapes up to high post. 1 is looking to feed 5 or hit 4 for the high-low.
 

Frame 3:  If 4 and 5 are not open, 4 back screens for 2. 1 looks for 2 over the top.
 

Frame 4:  If 2 is not open, 4 sets a ball screen for 1. 2 turns and back screens for 3 as 1 attacks the middle. 5 steps to short corner for spacing.
