Midway through the second half of the 2015 National Championship game, UConn ran this set to get National Player of the Year Breanna Stewart an open look from 15 feet.
- 1 enters the ball to 2. 5 sets back screen for 1 then pops to perimeter. 2 passes ball to 5. 1 cuts to rim.
- 2 sets down screen for 1. 3 sets flare screen for 4 who curls it to the rim. 5 passes to 1 if 4 isn't open.

1 enters the ball into the post.

On the post entry, 5 sets a cross screen for 3. 3 curls to the open space on the floor, 4 spaces to the corner as 5 dives to the rim.
