Here is a SLOB by the San Antonio Spurs... They ran this play with minutes into the fourth quarter... Game 2 of the Clippers-Spurs series. Important detail, on 1's catch, 3 must do a great job selling screen, change pace on cut and fly out the other side.

5 cuts to the strong side low block. 4 receives rip screen from 1... 1 pops out and receives pass from 2.

As 1 catches pass from 2... 3 fakes screen for 2 and runs off stagger screen set by 5 and 4.
