In this 4-out option from Division II Colorado Mesa, the shooter (3) gives the ball to 1 on a dribble hand-off. 1 then makes a quick pass to 2. 2 dribbles left as 3 and 1 set a staggered screen for 4. 4 cuts to the wing for shot and 3 cuts to the ball-side corner off of a screen from 5.

3 gives the ball to 1 on a dribble hand-off.
1 passes to 2 as 4 moves down next to 5.

4 runs off of a double screen from 3 and 1 on the right side.
If possible, 2 looks to dump it inside to 5 and let him go to work.

If nothing is there, 3 runs off of a single screen from 5 at the block.
