As (1) brings the ball over half court, the offense sets up in a formation with the (4) & (5) set on the slots, (3) & (2) positioned on the lane lines extended.  (1) enters the ball to (3).  (5) sets a flare screen on (1).  (1) fades looking for the pass from (3).   

If (1) is not open, (1) & (5) will go set a staggered screen for (2).  (4) will set a single pin down screen for (2).  (2) may choose either set of screens.  (3) will hit (2).  (4) will turn & seal for a post entry pass if (2) is not open for the shot.
