This is a play that the Atlanta Hawks have run a few times in the 2015 NBA Playoffs. It is a quick look from the sidelines out-of-bounds to get an easy post-up.

5 pops up and 1 pops out to weakside wing. 5 passes to 1 as 2 screens for 4 to cut to block. 1 gets it to 4 if post up is open.

If post up for 4 is not open, 1 can swing to 5 for high-low look.
