2 and 3 move in to screen down for 5 and 4 at the elbows. 5 and 4 pop out and 5 sets a ball-screen for 1 as he dribbles left. Once the screens are set, 2 and 3 cut out to the corners. 1 passes to 4 who passes to 2. 4 can also look inside to 5 making a cut to the rim. If 5 isn't open, 3 sets a back-screen for 4 who cuts to the basket. 2 looks to make the lob pass to 4 or passes to 3 for a shot.
2 and 3 move across the floor as if switching wings but instead stop and set screen for 5 and 4.
4 and 5 cut up off of the screens.
1 dribbles off of 5 using him as a ball-screen.
2 and 3 continue to opposite corners after screening.
1 looks for 3 in the corner.
If 3 isn't open, 1 passes to 4 who looks for 5 cutting to the basket.
4 can also pass to 2 if 2 has a better passing angle to 5.
If 5 isn't open in the post, 3 sets a back-screen for 4 who cuts to the basket for a lob.
2 looks for 4 at the basket or to 3 for a shot after setting the screen.
