2 and 3 exchange wings around 5 and 4 at the elbows. Once 3 has the ball on the right wing, 1 moves to the short corner. 4 screens across for 5 at the elbow. If 5 cuts to the elbow, 4 rolls to the basket. If 5 gets the ball, he looks to swing the ball to 2. 5 and 3 then set a staggered down-screen for 1 in the corner.

3 and 2 swtich wings.
1 passes to 3 on the right wing and then cuts through to the corner.

4 sets a cross screen for 5.
5 cuts to the elbow.
4 rolls to the basket.
3 looks to pass to 5 or 4 for a shot.

If neither option has a shot, 5 passes to 2 on the wing who looks to pass to 4 in the post.

If 4 isn't open, 2 looks to pass to 1 cutting off of a staggered screen from 3 and 5.
