1 screens across the lane for 4. 4 cuts to the short corner looking for a shot. At the same time, 5 dives down the lane line looking to fill the space where 1 just vacated. If 4 gets the ball without a shot opportunity, he passes to 3 who then passes to 1. 5 sets a flex-screen for 4 who looks to score in the lane.

1 sets a cross screen for 4, then cuts to the top of the key.
5 cuts hard to the block after 4 clears.
If open, 2 hits 5 for a lay-up.

If 4 gets the ball but doesn't have a shot, he passes to 3 on the wing, then he makes a flex cut to the opposite block.
5 rolls hard after setting the screen looking to seal his defender.
