Frame 1:  1 drives right as 4 flashes to high post and 2 and 3 space to wings.
 

Frame 2:  2 turns around and sets a lane screen for 5 to the ball side post.
 

Frame 3:  4 screens the screener for 2. 1 can hit 5 in the post or 2 for the jumper.
 

Frame 4:  4 sets a flex screen for 3 and 2 screens the screener for 4. 5 spaces to ball side corner. 1 can hit 3 on the flex cut or 4 on the reversal.
