1 dribbles to the right wing giving to the ball on a dribble hand-off. 4 follows the play and sets a screen just as 2 is getting the ball. 2 takes the hand-off looking to drive middle. He can either shoot, pass to 5 ducking in, or pass to 4 on the perimeter.

1 dribbles towards 2 as 4 follows behind him.
1 gives the ball to 2 on a dribble hand-off.
2 takes the ball and uses the hand-ff and screen from 4 to attack the middle.

As 2 drives middle, 4 pops to the wing and 5 ducks in on his defender.
