1 passes to 3 on the wing as he cuts off of a screen from 4. Once 3 has the ball, he passes to 4 stepping out to the corner. 3, 1, and 5 then set a staggered screen for 2 who cuts around for a shot.

2 and 3 cut down to the blocks.
4 sets a down screen for 3 who pops to the wing.
1 passes to 3.
3's first option is to look at 4 posting up.

If 4 isn't open, he steps out to the corner and receives a pass from 3.
2 cuts around a triple stagger screen from 5, 1, and 3.
4 passes to 2 for a shot.
