This is a great conditioning drill while also putting pressure on players to take and make shots with the clock winding down
Offensive player starts with the ball and quickly dribbles at the coach.
Execute a dribble move and score a layup.
As soon as 1 lays the ball up they turn and sprint to half court.
Coach gets rebound and begins counting down from 6
6,5,4,3,2,1
Player must touch half and get back for a pass to take the game winner.
You can work from different spots, reduce the time for a challenge or add a defender to challenge the shot
