4 sets a high ball-screen for 1. As 1 dribbles to the right wing, 4 and 5 set a staggered-screen for 2. With all of the right side open, 1 has space to create a shot or take his man to the basket.

4 sets a high ball-screen for 1.

If 4 isn't open on the roll, he sets up to set a staggered screen with 5.
2 cuts off of the staggered screen to the elbow.
1 has the entire right side of the floor to make a play. If he can't create his own shot he passes to 2 off of the screen.
