About This Play/Drill

This is an action the Lakers used to run in their Triangle offense. With Gasol at the 4, he was a dangerous screen/slip option

2 makes entry pass to 4 and cuts to rim

1 cuts to centre of floor
4 passes back to 1
4 sets double screen for 2 with 5

5 can curl to paint, pop to wing or fade for a shot
As soon as 2 clears 4's screen, 4 slips to front of rim

1 can hit 4 at rim or 5 may be open if there is a defensive miscue
