This box set from the NHSBCA Playbook uses two ball screens to set up a post entry.

4 sets a ball screen for 1, then pins down for 5.

5 sprints to ball screen for 1 as 2 and 3 fill perimeter on weak side.

4 dives to rim and seals defender, 5 spaces to corner, and 2 pins down for 3.

1 looks for 4 sealing in the paint. 3 and 5 may be open for shots depending on how the defense helps.
