If you're like me Shell drill is a staple of your daily defensive preparation. The thing I hated was when working on defending baseline you had to tell the on ball defender to let his man beat him. Well not anymore. Use this drill to work on baseline penetration without letting him beat one the ball defender.

6 on 4 Shell Drill
Players 1-4 play live. D is a player who must drive baseline anytime the ball is passed to them.
Here 1 will pass to 4

4 will pass to D to start the rotation.

In this Frame 3 does what 99% of us teach in Shell Drill. Everyone else rotates to the appropriate position
