The first two players down the floor, regardless of who they are, are going to run wide then cut to basket like in a lay-up line. The second two players will run to corner.

1. Attacks the rim

2. Stretches the Defense

3. Opens the floor up

If 4 or 2 (First two down) didn't get the ball, they will loop out to opposite wing.

Coaches Note: You can have ball side screen for the other if you want to.

Once the spots are filled, we go into Read and React or Pick and Pick Offense.

Here 1 advanced the ball to 3 in Transition. 1 would basket cut as described in Layer 1 of Read and React.
