Elbow Flex is a good, long play with movement to free up your two best shooters.
PG enters to 4 and cuts through the middle and weakside to screen for 3 to the basket.
After setting screen PG receives a downscreen from 5 to the top. 4 hits PG.
As PG catches 3 and 5 form a double baseline screen for 2 to strongside corner. PG looks to hit 2 if open.
As soon as 2 clears 3 4 downscreens for 3 looking for a shot.
Another good option, and one you can eventually make a read is to have him bump off the double baseline screen and instead come off 4's downscreen looking for a shot. Send 3 back off 5 to the corner. This would be a good counter to call if x2 is really jumping to the ball trying to cheat the play or if x2 and x3 are looking to lazily switch the guard/guard screen.
