1 passes to 3 then cuts to the block. Once 3 has the ball, 1 decides whether to go off of the single screen from 4 or the staggered screen from 5 or 2. Whichever side he chooses he can play a two man game with the big.

4 sets up for the single screen as 5 and 2 set up for the staggered screen.
1 chooses which screen to come off of for a shot.
