I'm not entirely sure whether this play was drawn up or not. However, the screeners on elevator screens are often forgotten, especially when the player who is run through it is a good shooter.

Out of transition, 5 meets the pass between the elbow and 3 pt line. 3 runs the basline and fills the corner. 1 cuts through and to the rim. 2 pops out to receive the pass from 5.

4/5 elevator screen for 1 for an open look from 3 or dribbles to the wing as 5 cuts to the rim for a lob.
