Here is a play Cal State Bakersfield uses to get the ball in the post. Forcing the defense to guard the post up and the staggered screen can open up a slip to the rim by 4.

5 follows the ball.

1 and 4 set a staggered screen for 3.
4 can slip if the defense helps on the stagger cut.
