Here is a set that the sixers run often to get their possesions started with a few good looks at the basket. The key to this play is the 2 settin a sound back screen on the 4 man. This will force his man to help on the cut and enable the 5 to have a good angle to screen 2's man. A great simple option to get the ball to your best player.
1 dribbles at 2 and pushes him through
2 back screen 4 for a potential lob
3 lifts up as his man helps on the lob
5 screens 2 out to the corner for a shot
