About This Play/Drill

Transition shooting series is a full court shooting drill. The drill works on rhythm full speed shooting in transition, passing in transition, and conditioning players to communicate in a chaotic transition situation. This is a great conditioner and competition drill as well, as players on the two sides compete against each other for a total amount of makes.

Shoot, get your own rebound (before it bounces or only one bounce), make a good pass to next shooter sprint to opposite end.

Passer must call next shooter's name, next shooter must call for ball when s/he wants the ball.

Have players shoot on both sides of the floor and set a goal/pace for your team.
