  • Basketball Play - Floppy

Frame 1

The play starts with #5 setting a down screen for #1 who will come off of the screen and execute the zipper.

Should there be a switch on the zipper, we will look to throw the ball into #5 in the low post.

Once the ball is thrown inbounds, #3 will step in to the wing on his side.

Frame 2

Once #1 has received the inbounds pass, he takes a dribble to center the basketball. #3 will then come off of a single screen set by #5 and a double screen set by #'s 2 and 4. From here, #3 can shoot the ball or make a post feed to #4.

Frame 3

Once #3 clears, #2 will come off of a single down screen set by #5 and will come to the wing on the side the play began. #1 will then look to get him the basketball. From here, #2 can either shoot the ball or look to make post feed to #5.

Frame 4

If at any time there is a switch, #1 has the option to hit either #4 or #5 on the duck-in.
