Action starts with an elbow pitch to 5 and a fake down screen for 4 who cuts to the basket instead.
1 gets the ball back from 5 via a DHO and 5 sets a turnout screen for 4. At the same time, 2 sets a Hammer screen for 3 to provide 1 with multiple passing options.
