After this play was left dormant for several years in the Raptors playbook, Nick Nurse has brought it back this season to get Danny Green perimeter jumpers. Dwane Casey had previously run this play at least as early as the 2013-14 in Toronto for DeMar DeRozan, but had left it unused in recent seasons. In 2018-19, Nick Nurse has opened several games running this play.
3 sets a back-screen for 2. 2 uses staggered screens set by 4 and 5. 1 passes to 2 for a catch-and-shoot jumper.
