RETAbet Bilbao coach Alex Mumbru runs some fery efficient actions out of sideline OOB. This is the "Elbow GET" option from their "Flex" entry. This set is a great way to run multiple actions before getting into a slot pick-and-roll with your PG and 5-man.

1 sets the cross-screen for 3, then uses the down screen from 5 in the "Flex" action. 2 enters the ball to 1.

2 makes the Iverson cut across the lane, using 4's screen. 4 pops to receive the pass from 1.

1 receives the "Get" from 4. 2 fills the weak-side corner.

5 sets the flare-screen for 4. 4 cuts the slot.

5 sets the slot pick-and-roll for 1.
