Needing a 3 set from a creative football formation out of a SLOB.

2 goes 1st to ball side corner
3 goes 2nd to just above ball side corner
5 cuts to the ball side slot
4 cuts to ball side wing and flares using a screen from 5.
If open 1 passes to 4.

If 4 is not open 1 passes to 5. 3 lifts from the corner for the hand off and shot.
