This continuity stagger offense was used by Senegal in the 2014 FIBA World Cup. 1 passes to 3 on the left wing. 1 and 4 then set a staggered screen for 2 on the wing. If 2 doesn't have a shot, he passes to 1 as 3 curls around a screen from 5 into the lane. 2 and 5 can then set a staggered screen for 4 on the block. If 4 doesn't have anything, he passes to 2. 3 sets a screen for 1 and then 4 and 3 set the staggered screen for 5.
1 passes to 3 cutting to the left wing.

2 cuts to the top of the key for a shot.
If 2 doesn't have a shot, he passes to 1.
5 sets a screen for 3 who cuts into the lane.
2 and 5 set a staggered screen for 4.
