Favorite Send to FastDrawToday's "Play of the Day" was run by the Los Angeles Lakers in last year's playoffs (typically out of a timeout). The 4 gets a pin down at a spot on the floor that ensures he has space to operate. This time it is without a post touch, but often times they will get this action after the ball is entered to the post and the man who passed it screens the opposite big in their post. See More
Favorite Send to FastDraw5 sprints into middle pick and roll. As soon as 1 comes off 5 changes angle of screen and 1 comes back off again. 4 and 5 roll and replace. J=Jumper shoots backdoor for a Lob. READ: 1. 5 on the roll. 2. J=Jumper backdoor. 3. 4 rolling out. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawIn today's "Play of the Day," we look inside the Maryland Women's FastDraw playbook at a Horns Set called 'Magic 2 High'. This play is a great fit for a team that has a dominant post player who can roll hard to the basket and a sharp shooting 4 who can stretch the defense. See More

Favorite Send to FastDrawToday's "Play of the Day" was run by the Atlanta Hawks in last year's playoffs. It puts stress on the defense to decide whether to help on a shooter and risk giving up a post slip, or play straight up. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawToday's "Play of the Day" is from the San Antonios Spurs run in last year's NBA Playoffs. This 'Floppy Out' play creates defensive confusion under the basket, releasing shooters to the wings and giving posts opportunities to seal. See More

Favorite Send to FastDrawToday's "Play of the Day" is a set the New York Knicks used frequently throughout the year. This is a great counter for shuffle double action. It is also great for getting a big who can shoot the ball, a good look in the middle of the floor or a big who can handle the ball or make a play, space in the middle of the floor. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawDrill starts with one defender in middle of paint. Two offensive flashers on one block, one on the other. Two passers out on top or wings. Coach begins drill by passing opposite of two flasher side. On pass, one player flashes to ball-side high post. Defender denies flash - bumps the cutter. On the skip across, defender drops to I. Cutter goes to opposite block. The opposite block player would then flash Same action to opposite side. Run for :30 per defender or so. See More
