This play is really simple, and only involves two players, so teams with limited personnel could use this play to limit the number of players handling the ball. Reading the wing backdoor on the catch by 4 is an option, although not explored in this clip. This play won't work every time, but when it does it will likely be for a layup. Fake DHO Hammer/Clear
